General Terms and Conditions of Sale
This site is conventosanpanfilo.it managed and owned by Società Agricola Collecese Srl with registered office in via del Convento 1/3 – 65010 Spoltore (PE) with VAT and CF number: 00418740676 (hereinafter "the Manager"), and is dedicated to the retail sale of foodstuffs.
The operator complies with the regulations on contracts concluded at a distance pursuant to art. 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
All methods of sale, delivery and payment are listed in detail in the various sections of the Site and are to be considered an integral and substantial part of this contract. The conditions applicable to each individual order will be those set out on the Site at the time of the order. Any new conditions will be effective from the moment of publication on the Site and will apply only to sales concluded subsequently.
2. OFFER TO THE PUBLIC
All the products and prices indicated on the Site constitute an offer to the public with the limitations and methods contained in the Site itself and in these general terms and conditions of sale.
3. PRODUCTS
The graphic design/photograph of the products delivered may not coincide precisely with that shown on the Site.
4. PRICES
The price (per unit or per package) calculated at the time of the order will be applied to the Customer's expense. All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of completion of the order based on delivery address, weight and type/transport company. In any case, a special page is set up on the website with a summary of shipping prices.
5. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
The order sent by the Client will be binding for the Manager only if the entire order procedure has been completed regularly and correctly without any error messages from the Site and the payment has been successfully completed within a maximum of 7 days. The manager will not include in the expense products not expressly ordered by the Customer.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION
In his e-mail box, the Customer will receive confirmation of the order placed with a summary of the products, their prices, and the general and particular conditions applicable to the order itself.
7. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE ORDER
The Manager, following unforeseen logistical and organizational difficulties, will have the right to cancel the order in exchange for the return of any amount already paid by the Customer, giving simple notice by e-mail to the Customer and without the latter being able to make any claim for compensation for damage or, upon agreement with the same, change the day and/or time of delivery.
8. DELIVERY
The Manager delivers in Italy and abroad. Please visit the dedicated page first to check the possibility of receiving the goods at the desired address. Deliveries will generally take place within 48 hours (72 for the islands and other areas of southern Italy; or longer in other cases of delay attributable to causes unrelated to the manager or attributable to the carriers) following payment and definitive communication of the shipment of the package . Any delays will be communicated. For any anomaly found, the consumer can still contact the Manager directly at the references indicated in the Contact Area of the site. The manager will not be responsible for any delays occurring during transport. Likewise, the manager cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during shipping or for cases of incorrect or failed delivery.
9. AVAILABLE PRODUCTS AND PURCHASE LIMITATIONS
The manager will not be in any way responsible for the temporary or permanent unavailability of one or more products. In the event of unavailability, even temporarily, of the requested products, the manager undertakes not to charge or refund the corresponding price to the Customer.
10. NON-DELIVERY
For delivery, the presence of the Customer or his representative at the address and time indicated in the order is required. If the Customer (or the person in charge) is not present, a second delivery attempt will be made and a storage procedure will be opened. Storage costs at the forwarder's warehouse will be borne by the buyer. In case of failure to collect the goods, the manager will not refund the cost of delivery and that of the products. The manager will also have the right to exclude the Customer from the service.
11. PAYMENT
The purchase can be paid by the Customer at his choice in the following ways:

- PayPal (or credit card on the Paypal portal) By completing a purchase with this type of payment, a page on the PayPal site will be displayed where you can enter your personal email address and password for your PayPal account, or access the procedure for creating a new Paypal account. After registration, you can proceed with payments via PayPal without having to re-enter your data, even for subsequent purchases. By choosing this payment method, the amount is debited directly to your PayPal account. PayPal protects buyer information. Or choose the credit card payment method from the Paypal interface for those who do not register in the aforementioned system. For each transaction carried out with this method, a confirmation email will be sent by PayPal. The order amount will be debited from your PayPal account when the order is placed. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
- Bank Transfer The Customer can make a transfer of the total sum to the Iban indicated at the time of completing the purchase. The order will be processed when the credit is effective and complete (i.e. the total amount indicated at the time of conclusion of the purchase) on the manager's account.
12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
I. Customer rights are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005 as subsequently updated.
II. The customer therefore has the right to withdraw from the contract, even partially, without explanation and without additional costs, provided that the withdrawal is communicated by registered letter with return receipt to the manager, no later than 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. of the products. The communication can be anticipated, within the same deadline, via PEC e-mail or telegram, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt no later than the following 48 hours. This communication must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the invoice.
However, if delivery has already taken place, the consumer must send the products he intends to return to the same address indicated above at his own expense, always within fourteen working days from the date on which he received the products, with the wording "returned order" affixed on the package. To verify compliance with the deadline, the acceptance of the post office or courier will be considered valid. Under no circumstances will parcels be collected cash on delivery or freight collect. The Customer must therefore return the product at his own expense according to the following methods: shipment by postal parcel or express courier addressed to the registered office of Società Agricola Collecese Srl.
If the withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the methods described, Società Agricola Collecese Srl will reimburse the sum paid for the purchase of the product as soon as possible and in any case within 30 calendar days from the date on which the manager became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
However, in the event that the products do not possess the essential characteristics promised, present manufacturing defects, there have been errors in the delivery of the same or in any case the cause is attributable to the manufacturer (Società Agricola Collecese Srl), the shipping costs will also be refunded. for the delivery of the purchased products.
The right of withdrawal is not permitted in the case of:
a. purchase of sealed packaged products, opened by the Customer;
b. of goods which by their nature cannot be returned or risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly (e.g. fresh and perishable food products);
c. of packages even slightly altered in any of their parts including labels
13. PRIVACY
The manager will process the Customer's personal data in compliance with privacy legislation as specified in detail in the information in the "Privacy" section of the Site.
14. JURISDICTION
Any and all disputes that may arise in relation to the application, interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale will be brought before the Court of Rome.
