Information on the processing of browsing data (art. 13 of European Regulation 2016/679)

With a view to fully effective compliance of its services with EU regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the Azienda Agricola Colleccese S.R.L. – Convento San Panfilo – has carried out a punctual business adaptation activity which, through a 360° assessment, has led to the implementation of adequate security measures both at a technical and organizational level, to the review of internal governance in the field of data management and to the training and updating of staff, the preparation of a Register of Processing, the appointment of a DPO, the provision of procedures for the management of any data breaches and the revision of the information that has been adapted to the dictates of the legislation.

The services offered by Convento San Panfilo, in compliance with the principles of privacy by design and privacy by default, use servers located exclusively in EU territory. The following information describes to the user the processing carried out in the context of browsing the Owner's website.

To ensure the correct functioning of the site and to store user preferences, CSP, as Data Controller, automatically collects user data during navigation, which may include:
  • data that allow the user to be identified, such as the IP address and domain names of the computer;
  • information relating to the actions performed by the user when browsing the website;
  • data relating to the preferences expressed by the user in the browsing experience.
The user may provide his/her personal data for the use of other services of the Data Controller: in this case, explicit reference is made to the information present in the respective information collection forms.
The website uses different types of cookies – which are text files that are automatically generated on the user's computer following navigation – among which it is possible to identify:
  1.  session cookies, which are automatically deleted when the browser is closed or which are recorded and stored on the user's computer, for example in the case where it is necessary to automatically access a reserved area (in this case the user can therefore choose whether to store his/her credentials in one of these text files);
  2.  analytical cookies (own or third party), which are used to collect aggregate information on the number of connected users and on how they use the site.
  3.  profiling cookies, with the function of sending commercial messages based on the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the site and its sections.

The user can prevent the installation of cookies by configuring the browser according to the following instructions:

CSP processes personal data in order to:
  1. manage the website and its navigation by the user;
  2. evaluate user usage;
  3. evaluate user preferences in web navigation of the site and its sections;
  4. send commercial information – including via banners – on the services offered;
  5. properly maintain the website in compliance with applicable legal obligations;
  6. to ascertain and prosecute any illegal acts committed against CSP or users.
The processing of personal data is based on the consent of the user (so-called “interested party”, pursuant to art. 4 par. I lett. a) of European Regulation 2016/679), expressed during navigation of the website.
The user's personal data are processed both in paper and electronic form and are stored for a period of six months.
 
Communication of personal data
The Data Controller’s employees, belonging to the administrative office, designated as authorized to process and trained for this purpose, become aware of the User’s data. The information may be communicated to external parties who collaborate with the Data Controller for the management of the website: in this case they are appointed as external data controllers and are provided with specific instructions.
The data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties, unless required by an Authority or by law.

The European Regulation on the protection of personal data (2016/679) guarantees the rights provided for in articles 15-22. In particular, the right to access information, to obtain a copy of the data held by the Data Controller; the right to rectification, if the data is not correct/updated; the right to object to processing for commercial purposes; the right to object to exclusively automated processing; the right to withdraw consent; the right to contact the Guarantor for the protection of personal data. You may also exercise, but only under the circumstances established by law, the right to erasure, object, limit and portability of data.
